Men's Breakfast

Saturday morning is Men's Breakfast at Connect Church from 8:30 to 10.  We are going to be going through Eric Mason's new book called Manhood Restored: How the gospel makes men whole.   After reading this book, I greatly appreciate Eric Mason for calling men to look outside themselves to the power of the gospel to become the kind of men God created them to be.  He does not put shackles on men asking them to do more, to try harder and to look within themselves to be all they can be.  It is only through the power of the gospel that men are able to be the kind of men that are Christ like.  I highly encourage all our men to buy the book and come to men's breakfast to help each other to grow as men with godly wisdom, character and grace.  I pray that Connect Church will be a church where true masculinity will be the norm.
